Cara Chace, the owner and founder of Apparel Therapy, has a true passion for fashion and style, and strongly believes that everyone deserves to look and feel their absolute best.  Apparel Therapy's mission is to help you create your own sense of personal style no matter your age, size or budget.

Cara is a San Diego native and has assembled a team of local resources to help you achieve 'your best you'.  She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego in 2002 and a certificate in Fashion Business from Fashion Careers College in 2008.
